From PBH :The MySpace Guardian helps protect parents and children from potential predators on MySpace. The toolbar notifies MySpace members when other members add content to their MySpace pages. Users can search a database of registered sex offenders in a selected radius around their location or by name, alias, height, age and any combination thereof. The result is a display of photos of the registered sex offenders and other pertinent information. Users can also notify authorities directly form the toolbar if they suspect that they have been contacted by a sexual predator.
Other ease of use functions included are quick access to any major search engine and Skype users can send and receive calls directly from their browser. Version 3.7 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: MySpace Guardian Toolbar 3.7
"Good Functionality in Latest Version"
Pros: Maps out predators better than any paid service or state database that I've ever seen. Flexible Google/MSN/Yahoo search adds some convenience as well.
Cons: Older versions didn't have any customizing capability. New one is better. If you have an older version, you'll need to uninstall and reinstall.

Pros: I like the fact that I can make sure that my friends and family are safe even if they are not in the same state, without having to go to multiple websites to hunt for the information
Cons: it could use some more myspace features.

"Sex Offenders Won't like this program"
Pros: The only parent who doesn't need this product is the actual sexual predator - I can't imagine why every parent doesn't have some form of this tech.
Cons: been using it for 6 months with no problem.

"Better than other Predator Mapping Sites"
Pros: The photo search functionality is great for reviewing where all of the predators are near my home. The toolbar maps all predators or allows search parameters like height, approximate, age, and aliases.
Cons: First version was a bit rough, but after the update, I've had no problems with it.

"Protection tool and easy to use."
Pros: It is easy to download, protects my twin sisters, which both of them are in college and has great myspace features. Best of all it is free.
