From ConvergeWireless Inc. :MyFormsGenie is a versatile, adaptable, and customizable ingenious data collection application for Blackberry. MyFormsGenie? converts any manual paper form into an electronic form. Release 2.0 now supports picture forms, enabling users to customize their own forms and attach photos (receipts for expenses for example) from their Curve or Pearl, or external pictures from their sd card. Release 2.0 also features a new RSS Drop Down List field, that looks up its values from a specified RSS 2.0 compliant RSS feed. The ?title'' values of the RSS feed are automatically added as selectable options in this drop-down list upon loading the template.MyFormsGenie has a built-in template designer, or users can also access our online template design portal at http://myformsgenie.convergewireless.com . Users can download sample forms, surveys, or counting templates from our web site (seven samples to choose from) and then upload them to our online template design portal. Users are able to get a quick start on adapting their forms to their needs and requirements, instead of having to adapt their needs to the technology. Data is sent in XML, MS Excel or CSV format.
