From Lux Aeterna:The Multilingual Speaking Clock mimics a LCD alarm clock and can speak in different languages. It has a reminder alarm that goes off at a pre-set time and can play WAV files. The default language is English. Additional languages, including Spanish, French, Russian, Italian, and German are also available. Previous updates included a full graphical interface, improved design, additional alarm functions, and improved help system, and an optimized install/uninstall routine.

Pros: Lux Aeterna's talking clock made my PC happy :-) I haven't ever seen better freeware clock like this.

Cons: wanted a smother interface, something to replace windows clock in system tray.
