From Lux Aeterna :

The Multilingual Speaking Clock turns your multimedia computer into a speaking alarm clock. Its graphical front end mimics an LCD. It can speak in different languages (Chinese, Russian, English, and Swedish) and has a reminder alarm that goes off at a preset time. The default language is English, but additional languages are available for download at the Speaking Clock Web site. Version 1.2 contains a new minimized mode with a system tray icon, and the alarm can be set to play any WAV file. Other small fixes have been included, as well.
