Move Action is an open source application that monitors your webcam and can take some action when movement is detected. The action could be to lock your PC (requiring a password to reactive it), save a JPG image to disk, play a WAV sound file or run an external application. It checks the webcam at particular intervals and compares the current image with the previous one. If there is a significant change detected between images the program will take the configured action(s).

"Poor Program"

Pros
This .exe in a folder need not be uninstalled; you just have to remove it.
Cons
What does this program?? Three icons on the menu: Choose camera, Choose detection area, and Visit website. No settings for camera, No settings for outputted files, No sign of where files are output to, No alarms, The website no longer exists, etc. This program has set on the shelf for four years without a purpose.
Summary
Every one in a thousand small programs has the power to surpass your expectations. This ain't it.

This software works well, does what you want it do. What I would like to see is it unlock your PC based on your image.. :-)
Cons
Nothing to not like, free works well easy to run no install. Its great.
