From Harry Hollander :Mortgage Wizard Plus can help you calculate payments, remaining balances, and amortization periods for your home loan. The amortization schedule is in scrollable spreadsheet format with editing, screen-splitting, and formatting capabilities. The program can handle lump-sum payments, payment changes, and interest changes. Various reports and charts may be selected. Canadian, American, and other mortgage types are supported.
The last version included additional charts and reports, additional calculations, and the ability to enter years in four-digit format. This version includes customization features and resizable windows. The registered edition is available for $23 with additional editing and customization capabilities.
