Version: Morpheus 5.5.1
Pros: The way it looks on the site and every where else makes it seem so professional and elegant, including the user interface.
Cons: After downloading it, I was bombarded with very big, disturbing, and inappropriate ads, and asks you to install toolbars and such.

Cons: Installs spyware, adware and viruses. makes advertisements pop-up at you.

CNet.com why do you allow spyware onto your download website?
It takes you around 180 days to locate spyware/virus/adware then delete it.
I have been infected by Download.com several times, due to the virus scanning is weak.
Download.com you should scan every download on this site with Avast! 4.8 and you will see how bad all of your downloads are, if you use a stronger anti-malware product then you will be surprised about how many pieces of malware that is left on download.com.
If you are using AVG, then you may have let over 1,000,000 viruses and spyware into your site. I think you should take down download.com for a day and have every download thoroughly scanned using some of the best anti-malware products, or risk having millions of users infected by malware left on download.com

Pros: It's a great program that I have used before
Cons: The fact that it will not download, and that this is the only method that I can get it.

Cons: They will try to install their crappy toolbar every time you log in. Does not let you opt out for ever from that toolbar. Than bombard you with ads. I don't know how Cnet can give a 4/5 because this is a spyware laden product. their are a lot better p2p software around and this is just a tool to put ads on your desktop. e.g. SPYWARE
