I really like the feature showing how much data has been sent / received in this application. The added skins, process properties, disconnect process, etc.. make this is nice tool to have. I put this right up there with TCPView.
Cons
there seems to be no way of turning name resolution on / off. It would be nice to sort by IP address when troubleshooting sometimes.
Summary
the program seems to run quite well, and being able to set your own refresh time makes it quite handy to have.
