"Terrible interface, no help file"
Cons: Tried this. No instructions with software or on the web. Nearly impossible to enter a location. Why they don't use the keyboard functions built into Blackberry is a mystery.

"Slow, I don't like the interface."
Cons: Cost, Its slow, The interface is very poor. I cant click the trackwheel to select i have to open a menu then click on select in the menu. Sites not layed out as well as some other browsers.
