Pros
Shutdown, Restart, Force when windows doesn't want to, logoff, lock all work perfectly every time, unlike windows itself under several different circumstances. Excellent and Useful Utilities.

Mini Shut Down does the job correctly. You need though to be VERY careful on how you use in general command line restart tools. When you add a new task to the XP Schedule tasks, there are a number of scheduling options including at every log-on and at system restart.
If you choose any of these by mistake, you are in deep trouble and the PC will be locked in cyclic restarts. I guess BTW this is the reason why Microsoft did not dare to include any command line restart facility.
I guess you might be able to recover by restarting the system with the WIN installation CD and choosing "Recovery Console", then at the DOS prompt delete the troublesome .EXE file and lastly restart in the normal way. I have obviously not tested this since I do not want to risk messing up my computer. Gotta try on somebody else's computer and I will reply back

If I could swear here I would do it. This is in my 10 years of download the most dangerous tool I ever loaded. If you feel happy to reinstall your Computer then download this. I am sure that the 8 positive comments came from friends of the programmer.
Details:
You start the program in WindowsXp and WindowsXp will reboot and reboot and reboot ......
No Safe Mode possible anymore. No recovery. I tried everything and after 3 hours I installed my Pc new. Nice greetings to the untalented programmer ....
It looks for me like a virus! -
