From Meridix Creative :Score report boxes appear automatically on the screens of your reporters, as events on your schedule occur. As soon as at least one trusted reporter submits a score report for an event, the report box will disappear from the screens of all other reporters for that same team. This ensures that the event only needs to be reported once, and redundant work is eliminated. Numerous trusted reporters on both the home and guest teams can be involved. Once someone from one team submits the scores, someone from the other team simply needs to confirm the information. Simply put, only two people, of many, have to do anything.
Event reports and reminders are automatically generated based on the schedule you enter at the beginning of the season. Only coaches, staff, and administrators that you designate will be able to submit reports. Meridix EventReporter automatically creates real-time scorebooks and results pages so that fans can see scores and event results as soon as they are submitted.
