It allows you to set up company or department details including employees or attendees and their contact details. Minutes can be added by subject, edited and printed. Actions can be added for each subject and later filtered for viewing, editing or reporting by subject or person responsible. Color-coding indicates if actions are overdue. The next time you have a meeting why not estimate the hourly rate of everyone in the meeting and then multiply by the number of hours to get the total cost of the meeting? Version: Meeting Minutes and Action Manager 3.5
"Almost makes taking minutes fun!"
Pros: Easy to use, easy to set up. Cheap. Allows you to access the database for your own ad hoc reporting
Cons: None so far, except that since it is in Access, not availble for MAC our linux members of our team.
Summary: Does exactly what it is supposed to do, and does not get in the way.
