It allows you to set up company or department details including employees or attendees and their contact details. Minutes can be added by subject, edited and printed. Actions can be added for each subject and later filtered for viewing, editing or reporting by subject or person responsible. Color-coding indicates if actions are overdue. The next time you have a meeting why not estimate the hourly rate of everyone in the meeting and then multiply by the number of hours to get the total cost of the meeting? Pros: I have to write minutes as part of my position on a Police and Fire Commission and this is a god send that makes my job much easier to do.
