From QuoteTracker :QuoteTracker is a Windows program that provides streaming real-time quotes, live intraday charts w/indicators, level II, Time&Sales, alerts, news monitoring and research. Features candlestick, OHLC, TICK, and Heikin-Ashi style charts, user-defined paintbars, and trend lines. It also has full Integrated trading using direct access interface to major brokers. Order Entry and transaction monitoring is drastically faster.
Version 3.6.3 adds per symbol chart timeframes, IB Backfill, per chart pre/post market display, PATSystems support, Trading API, fixes.

Version: Medved QuoteTracker 3.6.3
"Superb software. What freeware is all about. 10/10"
Pros: Instant share prices that enable the serious investor to follow prices and buy/sale immediately. Ideal for a day trader - and no monthly fees of over 30 pounds. Can be used by a novice as a couple of windows on the desktop or by an expert with dozens of windows open
Cons: If all freeware was like this then PC World would have an empty space where the software was housed.

"Instant quotes will keep you abreast of your investments."
Pros: Once downloaded take your time with the program and it will reward you later. Once you've taken the time to set up your who your going to get your real-time stock quotes from you've got this program licked. Entering your the information about the stocks you currently hold or the ones you want to watch is a breeze. Plus there's is a plethora of additional information available about those stocks just a click away.
Cons: The only hitch is the relatively so so set-up program. If your a newby like I was looking for a stock watch program this one doesn't hold your hand....just your little finger.
