Cons
If there are so many complaints about this product, why offer it here? If CNET is such an authority all things electronic, then why have things offered here that people are dissatisfied with? If some of this stuff are scams, then they should be removed.

I took every reasonable step to make sure they didn't charge me the $29.99 a second time and they did anyway. Don't do it!

They make out on the website that you are simply paying for the product once off, however its a subscription, they charge you every few months the same amount.
Total scam and customer service is non existent!!

Summary
I purchased the software and used it once. When I tried to use it again, a message popped up telling me I had used it "too many times". What does this mean? Is this a one use software? I have written to the company several times and there is never an answer, except to tell me that they will answer me. Is a month not long enough to obtain an answer. Do not purchase this program Look for an alternative.

After the death of my old laptop I was left with a full i-pod and empty i-tunes. I came accross this gem on cnet and would recommend it to everyone with an i-pod.
Transferred seemlessly also the wizard is extremely easy to use.Cons
