Version: Maximizer CRM Entrepreneur Edition 10
"error prone installation, poor support."
Pros: The sales people are very nice.
Cons: A customer asked me to upgrade this software from Maximizer 7 to ver 10. Forget upgrading, could not even get it to install. What a nightmare. Maximizer crashed on 2 of 3 machines during installation and they claim it will even work on Vista 64?
Summary: Stick with ACT, Maximizer needs to get there ACT together,
