Management Imobiliare is a business software designed for real estate companies and it offers the possibility to manage very easy the workflow of your agents. Also you have the possibility to add your clients into database with all necessary details. The clients can be assigned to categories created by you. All those are easy to be created and use. After you created a database with information like agents, categories, clients you can use this information to create transactions. For any transaction you can choose the possible offers and to assign customized contracts. The possible offers is an easy to use search engine that let you find the most appropriate combinations between clients.
The contracts are easy to be created, added, edited, and deleted. Also you can create general equations for demonstrations like bank loans. Version 1 includes unspecified updates.
