In MahJong Suite 2012, you play mah-jong-type solitaire and matching games with classical mah-jongg and beautiful and funny modern tile sets and millions of possible combinations. You also can play matching-type games with funny tile sets. Create an unlimited number of players so you can challenge your friends to beat one another's high-score, games-won, and score statistics. The built-in layout editor lets you change the layout of any game or create your own. You can customize the tile type, background, animation, sound, pointers, levels of undo or redo, and the toolbar. You also can select from various predefined tile sets and dozens of backgrounds.
What's new in this version: Version 9.0 includes a new "Flow View" option for selecting the games. In the "Flow View" mode, the layouts are displayed in an horizontal gallery of thumbnails and can be scrolled by using the scroll bar at the bottom. I like to play this game to relax and keep those old grey cells fit. Hundreds of different puzzles, some of them easy and some of them reallt though.
I also like the possibility of changing the tiles.

Nice graphics. the interface is in your face straight forward. If yiu can't find your way around in this game, You are not looking.
excallent graphics. The amount of game choices is beyond superior its phenomenol. Even at the free introductory level. You guys kick ass. there are freebie's out there with simular game choices none of them provide your variety or your graphic levels withoutn an upgrade. Mahjong suite wins Period.Cons
Not very many. Mahjong Suite solitaire is an axcellent freeware. in itself it provides a superior group of game choices and graphics. the only con i can see is that the entire game is not freeware. So what? The base game goes well beyond most games.

I have the full game. it is worth it. A great amount of work was put into this game. Good professional work. It shows. with the commercial version you have hundreds of choices. The Graphics packs available are more than enough.

Most tile pictures not so great. No place to decide which games to play (Easy, Medium, Hard grouped so can decide what want to use. No way to decide whether want one tile shuffle and still win.

"Very Challenging Majhongg"

Pros
I like the games and challenge of this suite. There are 14+ pages of various layouts. So far, I have not found 1 layout that is really easy. I appreciate the challenge. It works well with no detectable bugs or flaws.
Cons
The biggest problem I have encountered is when updates are available. About half the time, after the update is installed, it requires reactivation with a license key. In my experience, the key given when purchased has not worked. I have to go to customer support for a new key to start using it again. I have not been able to figure out how to get the bar chart not to appear after ending the game and trying to play another or exit. It is just a tad irritating but not a show stopper.
Summary
This is a great game and I play it often. With exception of the one con which could possibly be my fault when downloading or installing, I have encountered no other problems and the customer support always responds quickly and 99% of the time the issue is resolved with the first inquiry. I would recommend the Tree Software Suites as they are all very well done.

I play MahJong Suite whenever I have to chance to. I have just installed the new 2012 and I already love it. There are so many different layouts and so many lovely graphics that I just regret not having enough time to play :-)
