Version: MP3 Rocket 5
Pros: With my broadband I downloaded 6 of my favorite songs in THREE minutes, one took only 12 seconds. I was surprised at the number of hosts and pleased with the speed of the music downloads.
Cons: Now, I am not trying to turn anyone into a thief, ok. Remember, you are SHARING, not stealing. MP3 Rocket can get you music, videos, and ANY software program you want, (registry cleaners, antivirus protection, spyware removers, photo apps, etc) along with the registration code. You can get Thousands of dollars of software products for free! If that's what you have been looking for, MP3 Rocket is what you want. Make sure to scan all files with your virus protection before you open them. Do not download any file less than a MB. as it will contain a virus, and only download RAR files for the software products. Is there a risk...
Well, I guess the F.B.I. could come knocking at your door and charge you with breaking copyrite laws and give you a huge fine and throw your happy a** in jail, if they wanted to make an example of you. The odds of this happening are very slim, but I have to warn you that it is possible. So, happy downloading! lol

"The new 5.0 release is Awesome. It now lists Most Popular Songs by Vote."
Pros: The Rocket is the best music downloading software I have found. fast downloads and easy to use. Looks to be branch of the Limewire project. But I now think they have bested Limewire. They have lauched an actual "voting system" that now displays the "most popular" songs, videos and picture, very cool. This has to **** the RIAA off :) Long Live Digital FREEDOM. Power to the People !!!

"Best quality music and movie downloads I have found to date."
Pros: In my opinion MP3 Rocket is now the best peer to peer downloading software on Download.com. MP3Rocket's new new "populatiry" ******* allows you find all of the top downloads quickly and ensures that the file downloaded is of top quality. This should "launch" the Rocket to a top p2p app. You can download millions of free files music files, images, games, everyday applications, all in one giga-sized database, at lighting fast speed! no wonder it is receiving good reviews and awards.
Cons: As with any P2P program you should aware of the following security caution when you download something else than music: 1. only download what you need, not some pretty looking files you don't even know about 2. never download a suspicious file. that includes un-correct file name/title and attributes(you can check it on other downloading website or the internet to see if its a malicious file) 3.be extremely careful when download a exe file(it can run the program without triggered by the user), other files like zip and rar are less malicious. 4. get an antivirus software, back-up/restore app to back-up the important files on your computer regularly whenever your computer is running smooth or every few weeks or so. and do a security check on a computer, even better, an p2p security program(ex: avast antivirus has p2p shield)then scan any files you download, internal files can be scanned with some antivirus in zip/rar format, but exe file is just plain dangerous 5.in case of a virus, please clean the computer with antivirus app, or restore/recover your computer by using a back-up/restore software or the windows restore tool in windows xp to restore the system into previous state where you made changes.

"fast, many scources and very fast downloads."
Pros: Hey, greek, are you trying to scare someone? Look, my opinion is this. If it were illegal, they wouldn't publish the software. Everyone who's been around a while has to remember when most of these companies were sued. I only use it for music and movies. I don't share any of my software activation codes and it's the only one I've found that works great on "Vista". It's fast, reliable and the number of hosts are growing all the time. Just kidding greek, but I couldn't help but read your review as it's first and big.
Cons: You "MUST" be careful with any file sharing program. Infections are very possible. Alyways download files that equal to at least one MB in size and be very careful of compressed downloads. Alyways scan every file before you open them and download them to a folder in documents or my documents if you still use "XP". A target AV scanner is a must and, and one with a P2P shield is even better when using any P2P application.
