can be a little tricky till you get the hang of it.

Extremely good product. Lots of options. Make sure you have an FLV player in addition to whatever player you use regularly. Some vids out there are flash and you have to record in flv to watch. Then you can use a converter for wmv, avi, etc.

Downloaded okay but program doesn't function. Downloaded MP3 files from You Tube but they won't play. Program locks up my computer. If you access customer online support, they have a computerized response that tries to sell you an upgrade.

I find it very easy to use. I like the feature that I can listen to songs before I download so I can check for problems. I have not been using the downloader very long, but so far, I have had no problems. I have not used the film downloader.
Cons
None except the "Toolbar" they try to download.
