over all good program. as mentioned, it does what its advertised to do. one thing sneaky about it is after installation of the main program, it gives a prompt (much like the one initially asked - 'to install the main program you should 'accept' (not 'decline') license agreement.) ..afterward, if the user is not really paying attention, they may also click on 'accept' on installing an ad-on (which obviously looks like adware) -not essential to the main program.
having noticed this ad-like prompt, -- ofcourse i clicked 'decline' on installing the alleged adware, and after that.. the install shield will ask again, something like 'are you sure you want to pass on this opportunity; ... tsk tsk, assertive indeed! but nevertheless, the authors were fair enough to their users by allowing a 'prompt' before installing the 'un necessary' add-on at the end. after all it's a free program, i think the authors are entitled to that. thanks to the makers of this app. -

Pros
Downladed it from this website. It converted my all 320 kbps mp3 files which were eating so much space on my Hard Disk to just 128 kbps now. I chose this bitrate as voice and music are both clear. It is a beautiful software which is free too!

I wish I could add multiple files in one go and click Convert. Thanks Anyways.
Summary
Excellent software. Free one. Converts rapidly. I love it. I am saving space on my computer by converting all 320 and 190 kbps files to 128 kbps now.
