"Terrific Investing and Financing Software for Real Estate"
Pros: Easy to use in a step by step process to help the user understand how to make money in real estate in residential rental or commercial. It broke down the transaction of selling the property very fast and I can understand where I'm going to make the most money. It helped with my real estate investing strategy in purchasing a residential and retail mixed-use property so that I can save money from the broker and bank and make more cash. I already saved $3800 in loan processing on a property I purchased last week in Beverly Hills. I could not have know where I could have saved money if I did not use this new software by Glacier Concept.
