"Collaborate, demonstrate and train across PC, MAC and Linux."
Pros: The Let's Powwow Meeting and Collaboration tool is by far the best web conferencing tool out there for the following reasons:
- It works independently across PC, MAC and Linux environments. It doesn't matter what web browser you're using it just works.
- Today, with gas being so expensive people are hesitant in getting in their car and driving to pay a visit to a prospect or customer. This web conferencing tool sends a signal to your customer that you're all about technology and that you respect their time.

Remote trouble-shooting works great! The technician can be handed the controls (electronically)of the client's desktop and do some remote diagnostics to determine what the problem is.
Collaborate, demonstrate, train and save a lot of money!!
Cons: The audio portion of it isn't ready yet, but I was told that it was a few weeks away.

"Works through firewalls, Easy setup, Memory and Win 98"
Pros: Works through firewalls, Easy setup, user can have control of mouse and so can administrator without losing control. It's free if you only use for remote assistance.
Cons: It tends to use up a lot of memory and doesn't work with Windows 98 and probably some other versions. It also doesn't have to ability to expand your window so you can view their window as yours. A feature in netmeeting that is very nice. I use it all the time with people that have XP and plenty of memory it works fine.

"This a great way to give presentations or software tutorials"
Pros: Letspowwow is free and easy to set up and use. I've tried it on different platforms and with different browsers and had no problems. The sharred desktop feature is very cool - it basically lets other users see everything on your screen, live. It's very handy for demonstrating or teaching software. There's also a function for giving control of your desktop to someone else in the session, which sounds interesting, but I haven't tried it yet. I also love that this software works on my company's secure network, because I've never been able to get other chat software to work because of our firewall. I definately recommend trying this software.
Cons: I wish there were some preference settings, such as allowing the user to change the color or the font of the chat text.
