Despite its quirks, Leprechaun Island was enjoyable to visit. The landscape is crudely rendered but verdant, and the trees and water are convincing. A flapping Irish flag decorates the top of a rainbow. Residents of Leprechaun Island include a graybeard who enjoys a pipe, two friends who appreciate green beer and mushrooms, and jig aficionados aplenty. The audio is pretty good, with phrases such as "The luck of the Irish" and "Ah, I see the pot of gold" spoken over merry music. The registration reminder that occasionally appears onscreen is unobtrusive, though the product promotion screen that interrupts the display periodically is a bit of a buzz kill. You have to launch the Display control panel manually, and you exit the screensaver only by pressing a key. All the leprechauns have jaggy outlines, which mars the screensaver's appearance somewhat. Still, the jewel-toned Leprechaun Island and the hedonism therein may appeal to St. Paddy's Day celebrants.

"Nice for the St. Patty's!"

Summary: Enjoyed this screensaver! Saw previous comment about images. Probably a problem with resolution. Change it to at least 24 bit!

Version: Leprechaun Island 1.0

"Very bad quality and rushed"

Summary: Hoping for soemthing to make me feel happier today! But this screenaver was very muched rushed. The items that move around the screen are badly cut out. Why bother with making something like this? No one will ever pay for it. Oh well!
