This simple database application stores most information needed for effectively managing rental properties. The interface and suggested management work flow are quite straightforward and certainly can save landlords a lot of time. Landlord Enterprise Edition organizes almost every piece of data about your apartments and tenants you could imagine, right down to whether a certain person has pets. You also can print receipts, view a list of late payments, and print documents, such as leases and move-in checklists. However, since the trial version restricts you to a certain amount of records, we can't vouch for the program's convenience once several hundred properties have been added. Still, Landlord Enterprise Edition offers some features that likely will be of use.Publisher's description

Version: Landlord Enterprise Edition 4
"Great Price / Software Sucks!"
Pros: The price is good.
Cons: The price is right, but the software fails. You pay cheap, you get cheap.
Not user friendly, Calulation problems, Error messages appear often.
This software should not be used for running a real business.
Support is also hard to get and not friendly.

"Software is great - download and be the judge."
Pros: This product is looking a little dated but it work great. Sometimes it has issues with Vista but they have a fix for that - i was able to get it up and running in minutes. It works wonders for keeping me organized. Runs the rent roll perfectly.
Cons: Don't listen to bad reviews from shills like mlangston - if you look at his review history it is obvious he is a troll for Landlord Report. He reviewed Landlord Report and Psych Report favorably - both done by the same publisher - coincidence?
Summary: This program is fine software. The support staff are friendly and respond quickly. The price is right for any business. It can handle multiple tenants, units, buildings, vendors, etc. so the sky is the limit as to how you use it.

"Quality software - fantastic price"
Pros: I own several rental units and this program allows me to manage my rentals easily . I can balance my books and track late rent. This is great software and the email support is helpful. Helps me run my business. I've used 3 or 4 - this one is best.
Cons: DOesn't come on CDrom
Summary: Excellent software - don't listen to any of the bad reviews - like I said, I've tried many of these and this is the one that makes the most sense for my business.
