From Provericon Software Development:Manage and control your rental properties and tenants, and streamline your administrative work. Landlord enables you to manage every tenant and every suite in your organization. Run reports to analyze your data, collect rental payments and generate receipts, and automatically adjust rental rates. Version 3.1.04 adds support for biweekly payments and allows you to edit vendors. Also included are two new reports: the Building Late Payment Trend graph and the Suggested Apartment Rate Comparison by Building chart. The Collect Rent screen now indicates which pay periods have been paid. The database-conversion utility also has been enhanced.
