This simple database application stores most information needed for effectively managing rental properties. The interface and suggested management work flow are quite straightforward and certainly can save landlords a lot of time. Landlord Enterprise Edition organizes almost every piece of data about your apartments and tenants you could imagine, right down to whether a certain person has pets. You also can print receipts, view a list of late payments, and print documents, such as leases and move-in checklists. However, since the trial version restricts you to a certain amount of records, we can't vouch for the program's convenience once several hundred properties have been added. Still, Landlord Enterprise Edition offers some features that likely will be of use.
