"Excellent program but misleading on the price"
Pros: I've checked out this softwares functions tonight and it is excellent. Everything was seemless and easy. Customer support even contacted me and knew every question I asked so they were on their game.
Cons: The only con was that it says Buy for $36 when the reality it is $36.00 per month. There might be other price competators but I still have to say.... I didn't have one complaint otherwise.
Summary: Why I like this product. It was so easy to set up and install. The platform was easy to understand even without a manual. Customer support is really good. Overall, I can't say I won't stick with them because you do get what you pay for and this is a... read more >>

"I love customizable chat window!!"
Pros: I am really impressed with new chat window look and customization options. Playing with color schemes is really cool and it allows you to define your own combinations! Google Maps feature is also very useful
Cons: I needed to get used to new ribbon bar style.
