To minimize the use of system resources Kiwi Alpha does not include a lame browser, a built-in player, or a chat room. That's why Kiwi Alpha performs great even on older systems. On the other hand, Kiwi Alpha features a handy play list, advanced search filters, and some nice options for fine-tuning the performance.
Version 2.0.0 introduces a new caching system for faster connection to the different networks and a swarm style download manager.

Version: Kiwi Alpha 2.0
Pros: ok, Kiwi Alpha, in my opinion, is the best peer 2 peer software ever! Firstly, it has a simple and clean interface, connects to leading networks (meaning lots, and I mean LOTS of results), A small and tidy installation and download, FAST downloads, and best of all, no adware/spyware/malware or viruses included! It also misses out the needless chatrooms and other stupid add-ons that slow it down.
I thought BearShare Lite was the best, I was mistaken, DOWNLOAD KIWI ALPHA NOW!
Cons: Some people might not like the exclusion of chatrooms and other features, but this is Peer 2 Peer software, not a chat app

"WARNING BIGTIME CRASH!!!!!!!!"
Pros: See in CONS what I dont like and guess what I might like!!
Cons: WARNING: This product crash your computer! First it installed 26 virus that my Norman removed.. Then it installed 36 spyware entries... and it also installed a 211 problems that my registy cleaner had to remove... You have to deactivate all firewalls which is a sign of a problem itself...all that meaned that I had to use an hour just to run all scans that were ever possible... Now my computer still is a bit slower than before this install and I have to reinstall Win Xp... Great job Kiwi Alpha

Pros: ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ do i need to explain
Cons: now we're talkin...this thing sux on ice it doesn't find anything and whn i put the name of my fav band (the back horn)5 results came out (that rules out the comment " AND I MEAN LOTS OF RESULTS")and all 5 were WRONG BANDS!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: Never in all my time have i met a P2P with so much rubbish on it (mind u i aint EVER done kazaa)This is terrible.
