This application records keyloggers but lacks some basic indicators in its output. Keyboard Collector has a clear-cut interface that can be set to run at system start-up or at a specific time. You'll be able to record and read everything typed on your PC, including passwords, URLs, e-mails, and instant messages. Its logs aren't as detailed as many we've seen; it doesn't give the date or time messages are keyed. We also aren't thrilled that Keyboard Collector fails to give any indication as to what programs it's recording from. While we do appreciate that it can be installed and run from a disk, you won't get total anonymity during the trial. A message is displayed letting the user know it's recording once the program opens and if the system is rebooted. The trial also runs with a default password but you'll be able to set your own with the registered version. With only 50 uses in its trial, Keyboard Collector serves its purpose, though others of its kind offer more extensive features.

Publisher's description

From SoftDD Software :

Secretly log and view all keys typed, including e-mails, instant messages, and passwords. You simply choose to have it run all the time, or to start at a specific time of the day, and it runs undetected while capturing all keyboard and data entry. Even if the computer is restarted, Keyboard Collector will automatically start running again. It runs invisible, and does not slow down system performance. This also includes password protection, so even if the program was found, no one would know what the program is or be able to view the logs. This also has the ability to show when the user has pressed the return key or tab key, making it easier for you to read the text logs. You can even activate the program from diskette if you wish, which makes it even stealthier by removing the software from your system. All stored files are also unreadable.
