"easy to install for brand new system only"
Summary: tried on a running W2K server, the installation stopped at 66%, can't complete. But when installing at a newly installed W2K Professional machine, no problem at all. Many functions for a freeware.

"Having difficult time installing it."
Summary: Tried for two days trying to install this software. It needs lots of java components tha needs to be installed first. Screwed up my machine while doing that!
Finally gave up and sent a support request to the support email address.
