From WLAR Group:Java_WinIcon is a java program that can be used to add an icon representation for any java program under Windows OS. The program can be used by Java developers to give their Windows Customers an application icon for their java products to be placed on the desktop and on the program menu to launch the Java program like traditional windows programs with just an icon click. Also, end users may use this program to provide themselves the same convenience. Java_WinIcon is written in pure Java so that you can use it anywhere Java Runtime Environment is installed, no matter what OS you are running.
