The shareware version is freely distributable, with full registration available from our web site at no charge. Registered users have the option to disable image label tags and can enable or mute music. Future revisions will include photographs submitted by visitors to our web site as part of our world-wide pumpkin carving and photo contest. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.

Version: Jack-O-Lantern.com Screen Saver 2007
Pros: We really like this Halloween screensaver because it uses real carved pumpkins, instead of computer generated images. We are going to put our monitor in the window this Halloween for a "virtual" jack o lantern. We can't wait to see what next year's will look like. (Maybe they'll pick our photograph?)

"Sadly, this program is lacking sophistication."
Pros: Clever idea, nice colors.
Cons: There was nothing outstanding, (in my opinion) to make me want to keep it on my computer.
Summary: It started off as being something I thought I'd enjoy, for the Halloween holiday. However, I soon removed the program, as I felt it was not particularly worthy of taking up space on my hard-drive. You must note, I am one of the few who didn't care... read more >>
