ItelPop is a very simple to use softphone dialer and screenpop application. It interfaces with any phone system that supports TAPI. Features: Softphone dial from clipboard, screenpop, lookup records in ItelPop database. Integrates with any PBX or modem which supports TAPI. Screenpop lookup is based on CallerID; the callers telephone number. However, enquire to author if you would like this modified to use CalledID (dialed number) or even entered digits (DTMF tones entered on keypad).

Version 1.1 ability to pop external program plus some bug fixes.
