"Absolutely amateur product, hard to register/ uninstall"

by zemonn on August 7, 2010

Pros: May work well for someone.

Cons: 1 - After install it throws an error
2 - Needs serial number that is difficult to try and chase down
3 - Upon uninstall it deletes EVERYTHING that is located in the same program group (in your start menu) as the program.

Summary: Poorly written product for a "professional" effort. The install progresses from inconvenient -> frustrating -> infuriating. The trial option could not have been more convoluted and registering on the web site (as instructed), does not actually provide a serial number for trial.

Unbelievable that they simply delete all links in the program group as opposed to actually KEEPING TRACK OF WHAT THE PROGRAMMERS ADDED!! I recommend avoiding this one...nothing but trouble for me. Now to go rebuild my Start Menu.

"I've used it for years, great product"

    by b_miller on March 13, 2010

Pros: uncomplicated, easy to use, works great - in the past I've had problems with inexplicable logon failures, but haven't seen that for months

Cons: there is no longer a Refresh View in the new release, something I used a lot
