This extremely bare-bones utility simply shows you the time in one global location of your choice. Choosing a time zone could be easier, as the drop-down menu on the application's Control Panel simply lists numbers such as 2 or-18 rather than official time zone names, although you can access an online map for more assistance. The tiny icon that sits in your system tray shows only one number; for example if the time in London is 8:19 p.m., the app just displays any city name you might have entered. Unfortunately, you can't run multiple clocks at once, and you can only customize InstantTimeZone's appearance by choosing from one of three colors. Although it is totally free, this program's limitations will likely restrict it to only the most nondemanding home users.Publisher's description
From THe UDS :InstantTimeZone is a freeware (free and no limitation, for personal, and commercial use). Shows current time and date in another time zone, next to your computer clock. On mouseover, the full time (with minutes) is displayed, and comment or date. By left click, you can open a small windows for display time (& date & comment) on top of all other windows.
If country different of half hour (India), click on +30 minutes. You can use many InstantTimeZone at same time, with different colour, to show times of many / multiple time zones. Version 3.0.2.14 has better Vista display.

Pros: It is simple to change time zones between New York and Sydney Astralia. Thank you . It is easy to download and use

Pros: Very simple clock, yet so many options in settings. The system icon tray function is what I like this clock the most.
