Pros: Very nice little utility which does just what the name suggest by changing your icons.
Program is Customizable.
Stable and keeps icon settings.
Cons: Waiting to see an updated version.

"As good as some of the paid for products"
Pros: Its very simple to use with Home XP Windows, just use the icons the program supplies or add others that you wish to install from web pages or your own icons.
Able to build your own themes and save them.
You are able to put back the windows default with ease if you change your mind plus you are able to change icons that windows does not let you in properties, such as the recycle Bin.

"Saved my comp! Thanks Joost Verburg!"
Pros: it saved me from the evil grasp of stardock icon packager! Repaired all my icons and set things right!
Cons: hope there are more features included next time

Pros: just download - and convert old icon to new ones . just that easy. nice looks too
Cons: no real problems - just make sure you want it will take up more free space for new looking icons.
