From Stardock :IconPackager is a desktop-enhancement utility that lets you change all the icons in your system by applying themes to them. You can then save your custom icons in one file, creating a "package." IconPackager integrates with WindowBlinds, but you can also use it as a standalone product. IconPackager also allows you to tweak your Windows shell. Version 1.0 added a number of icon packages created by some of the top artists in the icon community. Version 1.51 has more icons, fixes and improvements based on suggestions by users, and the registered version now supports the ability to change almost any icon from its property dialog.
