IconCool Studio is a complete solution for 32-bit icon and Vista style icon editing, modifying and creation. In addition to icon ad cursor formats, it also supports editing of GIF, JPEG, and PNG image files. The program includes standard image editing tools, as well as a variety of filters and effects. Other features included support for PSD plug-ins, animation GIF builder, and integrated icon search feature.

Version: IconCool Studio 3 build 60912

"Don't waste your money"

Pros: Has good features

Cons: The demo version works fine, then when you buy it and try to register it, it doesn't work and you've wasted your money.

Very poorly written software and impossible website.

Version: IconCool Studio 3 build 60912

"Powerful software for vista icon"

Pros: IconCool studio is a good icon software especially for vista icon I met so far. However, there were something wrong with the shortcut keys before. I upgrade the software to version3.0 recently, they are ok and there are some newest functions. Wonderful.
