IconCool Studio is a complete solution for 32-bit icon editing and creation. In addition to icon ad cursor formats, it also supports editing of GIF, JPEG, and PNG image files. The program includes standard image editing tools, as well as a variety of filters and effects. Other features included support for PSD plug-ins, animation GIF builder, and integrated icon search feature.

Version 2.20 build 60510 includes some improvements for ANI/GIF builder and Icl creator.
