Cons: Registering this product can be a nightmare! I originally bought the product in 2002. Now I'm trying to upgrade to version 4.4. For 2 weeks I tried using my original email. Then, I re-purchased the product, downloading the .exe file and sending another $19.95. I've sent feedback, including one I have just sent to "higher arrangement manager of our company even the company's principal". Still waiting for the registration code!!!
