From SP Programs :Icon XTractor is an easy to use program for cloning icons from practically anywhere. It can clone icons(*.ico) and applications' (*.exe, *.dll) icons, and file icons. It can then save them as nearly any popular image format (BMP, JPG, GIF, IMG, ICO, JP2000, DDS, and TGA). Also it can copy mouse cursors(*.cur, *.ani). All this in about 6 clicks.

"wont run without another download of Net Framework"
Pros: dont know, it wouldnt run.
Cons: wont run without you going somewhere to download Net Framework v2.0.50727.
personally i found that too much of a pain to go hunting for.

"Couldn't try it...installed but then couldn't open....error code."
Cons: I installed it, very straightforward, but then just got an error code. Tried uninstalling, then reinstalled...same old story...so I give up!

Pros: Worked great.Was able to put icons of my favorite games for my MSN picture.
Cons: No flaws worked fine!
