No huge Internet traffic for calls. IM+ for Skype is based on SkypeOut service that allows users to make and receive calls for a low fee. Have a chat with other users who are logged in with their Skype accounts on PC. Send Skype SMS at cheaper rates then for usual carriers SMSs. Version 2.21 allows to save an incoming call as a voice mail message to listening it later.
