This small but useful utility allows you to manage your system's cookies, although its feature set doesn't prevent sites from adding new cookies. IECookiesView is a small executable file. Its simple, functional interface provides a selection of buttons whose icons allow quick, intuitive use.
In no time, we were able to view a list of the cookies on our system, along with detailed information including the dates of creation and last modification and the number of hits for each. Sorting, selecting and deleting cookies were simple processes. (On Windows XP, you're also able to review and manage the cookies of others who use the same system.)
The utility uses Internet Explorer's built-in privacy features to block selected cookies, but having its own blocking feature would have beefed up IECookiesView and made it truly valuable. But this free download is easy for any level of user to master, and it performs its limited functions quickly and well. We recommend it for those who want something simple until they find a more robust cookie blaster.

It allows you to sort the cookies, delete selected ones, and view detailed information about each one and even save the cookies to a readable text file.
