IE7 Pro adds a lot of showmanship to the Internet Explorer browser. The freeware add-on has some smart solutions for tabbing, including default settings to open URLs in new tabs and let double-clicking close a tab down.
Here's another pleasant surprise: "dragging" and "dropping" an in-text link into white space opens the link in a new tabs without any mouse work. IE7Pro also borrows from several software concepts to help raise IE7's appeal, including Firefox's, to save and fill forms, and insert user scripts a la Greasemonkey. The MiniDM download manager adds a long-missing tool to IE's options, and the pre-fetching options makes IE much lighter on its feet.
The list of added features is long, but they're all accessible from a status bar icon that the program installs for you. Right-click on it to get access to mouse gestures, customizable hotkeys, and more. Highly recommended.

"The most useful add-on ever!"
Pros: The crash recovery and spell check features work flawlessly. You may forget how handy the different utilities are, until you open any other browser and they aren't there. The functionality IE7 Pro adds is indispensable!
Cons: No IE8 Pro yet
Summary: This is the most useful and used browser add-on I have ever tried. I've been using IEPro for a few years now, and although the features keep getting more refined for IE7, I am saddened that the team hasn't made a version that works with IE8 yet.

"Finally Competing with Opera.."
Pros: Has much more features that it's had in the history of it's use.
Cons: Most features are manual.. For instance, it now has easy home page settings (similar to opera's) but it won't access automatically (you have to also click on the tab once your choice is made)..
Summary: All in all, this new version is much sweeter than it's predecessors (although I can't find much more in this upgrade than in IE7pro 2.4.5). Never the less, except for some instability (which they all seem to have).. This version of Windows Internet ... read more >>
