From Tiger Technologies :Holiday Lights helps you decorate your computer for the holidays. When installed, it will show a string of colorful lights around the outside of your screen and play background music, if you wish. You can choose from more than 40 different bulbs suitable for any season, including standard Christmas tree lights, chili peppers, stockings, holly, snowmen, happy faces, Valentine's Day hearts, Thanksgiving turkeys, and Halloween jack-o'-lanterns. You have the option to add more bulbs and music.
The last version added the ability to display the bulbs on top of all other windows. It also included an improved screensaver with background pictures, text messages, and new animations. Version 5.1 adds the ability to save a collection of bulbs, music, and screensaver settings as a theme, so that you will be able to use them later (see screen shot).
Note: Some bulbs and music files are locked until registered. Registration is $19.95.
