From Hewlett-Packard :

HP OmniBook 5700 Mobile Enhancements for Windows NT 4.0 adds APM 1.2 (Advanced Power Management) and basic plug and play functionality. To decompress the self-extracting file, use ""-d"" to recreate the directory structures. For example, after downloading the file into an empty directory, type 5700_apm.exe -d. Read Install.txt to add PowerProfiler and CardWizard to the HP OmniBook.
