Version: Grandma's Little Real Estate Helper 1
"Green is good and so is this software!"
Pros: While the trial version was limited, I really liked this product because it used green and red to tell me about good and bad rental property investments. Very simple to use.

Version: Grandma's Little Real Estate Helper 1
"Really easy to use and fast!"
Pros: This software is very easy to use, simple, and intuitive. It only takes me a few minutes to analyze a property to buy or not. Great concept...green to buy and red to not buy.
Cons: I would like to see some graphs on the properties.
