Version: Google Earth plug-in for Firefox and Internet Explorer
"Brought GE back to life eliminating recent problems."
Pros: The download instructions were clear and step-by-step. They must have been couched in plain English as even someone who has been reading English since 1930 could follow them. After Windows XP had been reset, GE behaved perfectly.
Cons: One comment was a little ambiguous, telling me to download using Firefox, when in fact the download did not appear to use a browser at all.
Summary: CNET seems like a very responsible company, as it contacts me reliably whenever required.
