I have both Sound Hound and Midomi and they are great.

- Sound Hound for my Android and Midomi for my PC are great. I can't carry a tune, so that part is all but useless to me, but not the software fault. BUT, I love being able to identify a song whether its being played on my computer, table radio, or maybe a song in a program on the TV. I didn't have a microphone on my computer, so had to fork over just over $6.00 for a tiny USB microphone that only sticks out of a USB port about 3/8". Seldom is the time that the programs can't identify the song. For SoundHound, I have been sitting in a restaurant when background music is playing so low that its hard for me to even hear whats being played, but SoundHound usually will get it.
